La Roca is located on an exclusive small isolated neighborhood on the highest topographic location within the town of fajardo. The views are unique, they strech along a vast section of the northeastern coast of the island. The renovation/expansion project converted an existing ordinary 2 floor house into an extravagant array of architectural elements that are as dramatic as the geographic vantage point of the location. There is a serene yet strong interplay between landscape and architecture.
