Edgardo L. Pérez – Architect & Associates was established in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1996. The firm’s lead architect, Edgardo L. Pérez, collaborated for 10 years at the firm Sierra Cardona Ferrer Architects, acquiring vast experience on a diversity of projects and learning the ethics of uncompromised professional dedication to services and high standards in architecture.

 

Approaching 29 years of presence in the field, Edgardo L. Pérez – Architect and Associates has accumulated an extensive array of projects which attest to the principles of service and the pursue of architectural excellence. The firm’s projects vary from high end residential renovations as well as new single family projects to multifamily developments, commercial buildings and developments, interior design, restaurants, office and institutional buildings, etc.
